Clients are billed in US dollars.
Each cost keeps what was paid and what is charged, so the office sees its real profit.
To fix an issued invoice, cancel it and issue a corrected one. Both stay on record.
Existing client debts carry over on day one.

Reading documents with AI

Part of the first version. The model and how it's built are still being chosen.

Recognizes each page: customs receipt, declaration, lab certificate and so on.
Fills in the truck file and the invoice lines from the scans.
Checks that plates, weights and totals match across documents, and flags anything that doesn't.
The broker always confirms before anything is saved.
